2016 was a good year!
I was given the incredible opportunity to shift focus from being a First Grade Teacher to an Intervention Teacher, working with K-5th grade students in Reading and Math. I look forward to the rest of this school year as I'm already seeing wonderful growth in my students! The next school year will go even smoother, now that I know what I'm doing! 😋
I usually don't make "Resolutions" but I do have some goals/plans for the new year. This year, I'd like to take some vacations! One will be to the Happiest Place on Earth: Disneyland! My family and I are looking forward to going back to Disneyland. Being from San Diego, I have visited there more times than I can count, but it never grows old! Some people recommend that we try Disney World, and maybe someday we will, but for this year, we'll go to our favorite place on Earth! Maybe I'll even get a trip home to San Diego, too!
